Everyone around us have problems, some more than others, some more horrible than others.
And everyone deals with it in their own ways.
We're all fighters.
Keep fighting strong fighters.
I have been watching Donny Deutsch's "The Big Idea" on Youtube & it is so
amazing to watch and listen to people who are so driven and motivated going after their dreams. I saw the sales talk episode (only parts of it that were uploaded on youtube. I will post up the tips soon.) I learned that I should never push people into buying things that they don't want to. There's a difference between convincing and manipulating people to buy something, it all starts with the intention. The most important tips that I remember are to
REMEMBER TO TELL STORIES & to be honest.
Be honest about your products. I just love that show because all these new inventions that may have been so simple are making millions. Every time I watch the show, I get so exicited and inspire. Its not about getting rich, although part of the show is to help people make millions of $, but its about the
DREAM. What is your American Dream? Go after the dream. Last of all,
"Do what you love." It is as simple as that.
You need to find out what you love and succeed in that. I tell everyone I see now to watch it, we all have something to learn from those who come to the show! !!

Happy Halloween!

I'll soon post up my "costume" for the House of Blues w/the girls.
Happy 22nd Birthday Quyen.

My AD for Mr. Deutsch! I am going to read your book "
Often Wrong, Never in Doubt."

"The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch"

Donny Deutsch is the host of
The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch...
Your Daily Roadmap to The American Dream. The American Dream is doing
what you love, and making millions... every weeknight at 10p/1a ET,
Donny interviews everyone from budding entrepreneurs to Billionaires,
discovering their secrets to success and showing YOU how to turn your
idea into a BIG IDEA.
As Chairman of
Deutsch Inc.,
he implemented his "leaner, meaner, faster, smarter" philosophy to
transform a small advertising shop into one of the nation’s top 10
agencies. The $2.8 billion full-service agency has provided clients
with strategic marketing programs that are intrusive, effective and
talked about. Prestigious clients include GM, Johnson & Johnson,
DirecTV, Novartis Worldwide, and IKEA.
In 2005, Harper Collins
published Donny’s business motivation book, Often Wrong, Never in
Doubt, based on his career experiences. Reviews have called his writing
"bold, funny and often irreverent," and Newsweek (November 2005) noted
"his trademark candor can be cringe-inducingly un-P.C. … But it’s
refreshing when he applies it to his agency's and his own successes and
failures, and draws lessons from each." Deutsch is also Managing
Partner of Deutsch Open City, the independent production company that
has produced a string of highly acclaimed independent films. He also
had a brief turn in politics as a lead member of the Clinton/Gore
communications team in 1992.
A graduate of the Wharton School at
the University of Pennsylvania, Deutsch now serves on two prestigious
boards: UPenn's School of Social Work's Executive Committee and the
Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation’s Board of Directors.
